is anyone interested in actually GOING to southern Thailand to help in aid efforts? i was just informed of an opportunity that would be for 7 days, $95+ airfare (that's the kicker), anytime between march 1 and june 15. if we went we would have to be extremely flexible, and do any or all of the following:
1) Surveying coastal areas from Satun to Ranong Provinces;
2) Prayerwalking areas affected by the tsunami;
3) Cleaning up debris;
4) Construction/rebuilding;
5) Distributing food, clothing, cooking utensils, blankets, and comfort kits.
if you're interested, please email me ASAP at yasheluah@yahoo.com, PM me on here, call me, talk to me in person, etc. they're asking for teams of 6. |

do you think you could let us know if there are people who are interested in going? perhaps there are some in our community who aren't able to make the trip physically but would like to give financially so that another may go. just a thought. |
