Mark your calendar for a Social Justice opportunity.
On Saturday, October 23, Mosaic will be partnering with Reconstruct to serve families in the West Nashville/Downtown area. Reconstruct gets grant money from the city (I think) to help families, well, reconstruct their homes (people who don't have the means to do it themselves). We won't be doing major construction since we'll only have a day, but we'll be doing yardwork, cleaning, and possibly light construction. I've worked them them before, and it was a great experience.
More details are coming (like what time and where to meet. But it will be morning through afternoon.
